Notice I did not say skinny. Slim is healthy, radiant and energetic. Slim is not a one-size-fits-all. Slim is a place that feels right for you and your body.

I am about results. My method is proven to work every.single.time. With your commitment to the program, we can do this. I am here to walk with you on this journey and be there for you every step of the way.
So what’s my program? It is tailored to your individual needs. I’m a data geek. I love it. I will delve into your daily habits, eating, movement, work, sleeping and yes, elimination (poop). I will look at your last physical exam blood work and and get insight on your bio-individuality. All this data gathering will give me a pretty good picture of who you are.
From that point, we will work together to uncover things like:
- * Why past weight loss attempts have not worked.
- * Why you can’t seem to drop the extra pounds even though you eathealthy.
- * Why are things that worked in the past no longer working?
- * Why trying to be ‘perfect’ on a ‘diet’ could be setting you up for failureevery single time.
- * What is stopping you from doing the things you know you should bedoing.I will give you menus, and recipes that fit your lifestyle and preferences. We will work together to refine this until it’s second nature to you. During this time, you will start to drop the pounds and immediately have more energy. This usually happens within the first week.

We will begin with the initial meeting to discuss everything above and more. This meeting will be via phone or skype and includes:
- 90 minutes. This is where I get to understand you. Yes, we will discuss all things food, drink, exercise, sleep and elimination. We will also begin to go a little deeper than that. We will talk about what makes you “tick”. What has not worked for your in the past, or if it did, why it stopped working. What are your goals today? What is stopping your from moving forward? And what does it mean for you to finally achieve your goals?
- Menus including breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, tailored to your specific preferences and lifestyle.
- Recipes mostly developed by me, so you know they’ll taste divine.
- Chef tips for smooth and fun kitchen time (no more stressing about how tomake a balanced salad dressing or sautéing perfect broccoli).
- Tips on outfitting your pantry for success.
- A comprehensive shopping list so you can navigate the grocery store likea champ.
- Exercise suggestions that work for you and your lifestyle.
- A special delivery to your doorstep filled with goodies I know you’ll love.Usually, this includes a book to inspire you, a journal for your thoughts and gratitude, aromatic tea, herbs/spices or grains to try.
My clients typically experience radical shifts after this first session, including dropping pounds and having more energy - within the first week.

Each workshop will engage, educate and motivate your employees to take action to improve their health. Participants will leave with take home materials and simple tools to apply after each session.
