Great information Tania (and great segment). I suffer from dry skin and love to hear about these natural ways to battle it. Another great reason to step up the fruits and veggies. Thanks!

Thank you Lorna! Yes, more fruits and veg helps so much in our bodies. Be sure to add the Omega 3 fats as well.

great interview – I eat all of that stuff – but lately I have been stiff in my joints so i just bought a 30 day detox from isagenix – do you have an opinion on that? I do walk daily but I know I spend too much time on the computer!
what tips do you have for stiffness? maybe you can do a post on that!! thanks Deb

Sure thing Deb! That’s a great idea. I have looked at Isagenix and am OK with all their ingredients. Fat is key here. Be sure to get those Omega 3′s which help with stiff joints.

Experiencing dry skin now, Tania. This segment came right on time. I usually don’t have such a big issue, so I know that I have to definitely work the inside and outside of my body.

What a concise, yet nourishing, little nugget of information. I love that you kept slipping in the bit about eating seasonally – reminding everyone that Nature provides what we need when we need it.
